Public Transport

The surgery is well served by the local bus network with stops on Station Road, it is a short walk to the surgery from these.

Car Parking

When attending the surgery you may use the surgery car park. Our parking is limited and only for use while attending the doctor.

Disabled Access

Disabled facilities include access to building, dedicated parking space ramp access, automated doors and toilet facilities.

Our practice can now offer GP Extended Opening Hours appointments during weekdays and at weekends.

Appointments are available at Cannock Medical Practice, Church Street, Cannock or Cannock Alliance, GP Suite, Level 2, Cannock Hospital.

Bookings for extended appointments can be made by telephoning your practice or NHS 111.
